Our Mission and Vision
We want to provide a platform in which all stakeholders in Corporate Social Investment (CSI) programs will reach a greater number of South Africans than is currently the case. All the stakeholders will be exposed to different brands and causes through the distribution of EVOKE magazine, which will be made available to corporate entities as well as consumers by way of retail distribution. Our aim is to assist brands and community projects in areas ie their social responsibility while focusing on their marketing & advertising strategy at the same time. EVOKE is kindly printed through CTP.
As a corporate publication our mission is to create a sustainable communications medium to be utilised by commercial enterprises, community projects, Non Governmental institutions as well as all charitable organizations. We aim to enrich and inform South Africans in regard to what is happening in their communities viz-a-vis the interaction of Corporate and communal South Africa.
Furthermore, we want to showcase how commerce and community are assisting each other in changing lives through education, job creation, healthcare, environmental awareness, sport, art and culture, etcetera. This is made possible by programmes run through various community based organisations collaborating with caring corporate organisations. |

The Content
Demographics: Ages 25-55 years. 60% are female but majority decision makers are in remaining 40%. Evoke Magazine focuses on providing a platform for both corporate brands as well as community projects to showcase how they are making a difference within our communities.
Our aim is to induce a healthy competition between entities and inspire them to get more involved with changing the face of misfortune that still plagues so many of our communities. We believe the success of this lies in educating and inspiring South Africans across the board in regard to HOW we as individuals can exercise a healthy awareness around our future as well as of our fellow South Africans. EVOKE is a 1st of its kind to focus on the positive aspects of South African living while embracing the hardships we still face within our communities.
We take pride in introducing new artists, musicians, industries, concepts, sportsmen and woman and entrepreneurs within all South African communities which and who have often gone unnoticed due to various difficulties. We wish to shed a positive light on the misfortunes that plague so many of our communities. We want to get our compatriots excited about what is on offer with regard to skills development and job creation.
We want to get people involved; from the CEO of a major corporate to the youth who are the future of this country. We wish to persuade companies to use their right to information to know exactly how their CSI funds are spent and receive recognition (and hopefully brand loyalty) and satisfaction that they contribute, in whichever arena they place their funds in, to enrich lives. EVOKE will give equal opportunity to all who have creative ability and talent to fully express themselves and in particular to those in whom it has so seldom been recognized. |
